Simple living merchandise is hand made. They may be differences in size and color. This is not a defect but only adds to its character. Most of our wood frames feature a “distressed” finish. The nature of this style introduces variations such as cracks, bare wood, nail heads, knots, color gradients, and other random elements. These irregularities considered normal and intentional impart character to our fine pieces.

Payment Information

• We accept Discover, Visa and Master Card or COD. (Your card will not be charged until we ship your order.)
• A charge of $ 25 will be added for any returned checks or stop payment checks.
• A 25% restocking fee will be the responsibility of the customer for any canceled orders.

Shipping and Handling Information

• All orders are shipped from Oceanside, CA.

• UPS ground is standard method of shipping.
• Shipping charges will be determined by the weight and size of your shipment. It will be the exact cost of UPS plus a handling charge.
• If boxes are tagged COD, UPS will be charged $ 7 per box. This charge will be applied to the customers invoice.
• Customer will be liable for shipping and handling charges on all returned/ refused orders.
• We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material. All damages, shortages, or problems with your order must be reported to us within 2 busyness days form the receipt of shipment. No returns without prior authorization.
